California Fly Fisher Giveaway Official Rules & Privacy Policy

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

Eligibility: Open to all natural person who are legal residents of the US and District of Columbia. Void outside USA, in Puerto Rico, The US Virgin Islands, and other US territories and possessions. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

Sponsorship: The Giveaway sponsor is California Fly Fisher Magazine.

Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on February 23, 2024 at 12:01 AM PST and ends on May 5, 2024 at 11:59 PM PST. 

How to Enter: During the Entry Period, visit calflyfisher.com and follow the instructions to submit your entry. You will be asked to provide your name and email address.

Limitations on Entries: LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER EMAIL ADDRESS. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of multiple or false contact information, as determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified.

Prizes: (25) 1-year subscriptions to California Fly Fisher Magazine; (25) California Fly Fisher embroidered baseball hats; and (15) California Fly Fisher hoodies will be awarded.

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries collected during the Entry Period taking place on or about May 6. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Giveaway, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. Winner will be notified by email. If winner does not respond within (14) days after notification of prize, prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be randomly drawn.

Odds: The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements in the Giveaway.

Release of Liability: Sponsor is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage related to the giveaway.

Privacy Policy: Participants will be added to California Fly Fisher’s monthly email distribution and may unsubscribe at any time.
