On March 5 and 6 between 8:00 and 4:00 DFG will be testing various NZMS decontamination routines at fishing access #5 on Putah Creek (see map).

Volunteers are needed to wade for about an hour then spend about 15 minutes getting their gear cleaned by DFG personnel. DFG is requesting that individuals CALL (916) 358-2950 to give the Department some idea when, and how many, people will be arriving. In a perfect world, they would like to count on about 7 volunteers an hour for each hour of the exercise.

See map at www.flyline.com/putahmap.jpg

So, Ralph, how did this idea pan out?
